△ BANANA LONG GALLERY.
This is a charming mood private gallery located at Viewing the Moon Road in Haeundae in Busan. An informal yellow building, it draws the attention of passersby. Simple works of arts resembling fairy tale pictures are displayed in this gallery.
Lee Ji-young, officially related to the gallery, said, "It's important to see through the heart rather than the head." As the cold winter draws near, let's go to this place and see the pictures as well as drink tea and read.
△Space Bandee
On Gwangan Beach 5 Road, there is Bandee, which was formerly a public bath and has been remodeled into a gallery.
Sin Yang-hee, the curator, said, "People come and visit as if they are going to a public bath. Audiences enjoy the works displayed rather than try to get an in-depth understanding.
△Culture Road in front of Kyungsung Univ.
There are some antique buildings among modern style buildings around Kyungsung University and Pukyung National University area. This Culture Road was awarded 'Busan-style building' this year and is reconstructed, with five houses linked and original road scene and buildings maintained. This is a kind of leisure space with a theater, a gallery, an art shop, a restaurant, a karaoke, a cafe. Park U-kyung (Sophomore in Education, Kyungsung Univ.) was drinking tea with her boyfriend at a quiet cafe, Daban. She said, "because it is old-fashioned and quiet, I often come here." On special days, how about going to the Culture Road with a friend or a date
△Independent Band Performances in front of Busan National Univ.
In front of Busan National University are Live Clubs, where famous independent bands sometimes perform. These are right Interplay, Moo-Monk, Queen, Stereophonic and so on. Because these are Live cafe and Live club, usually you can see bands' live play. With a minimum drink requirement, once a month, you can enter four clubs, carrying just one ticket. Also, around Busan National University are three movie theaters, Lotte Cinema, Mega Box, Cinus O2.
Given all these cultural spaces, the area around DAU is notably lacking. Some students complain. Joh So-hyoen (Sophomore, English) said, "because our university is divided into three campuses, I feel as if the energy is split, and I don't feel much energy around our campuses."
